Dribbling Exercise 2

Following on from the last dribbling exercise, we give you the chance to test yourself with a more challenging version.

Ball roll and pull-push on both feet.

  1. Use the sole of your right foot to roll the ball to your left foot.
  2. Use the sole of your left foot to pull the ball back.
  3.  Then using the outside of your foot push it forward.
  4. Then perform the ball roll on your left foot and repeat going the other way.

How many can you do in 1 minute?

Keep practicing the combo as it may take a while to get used to the skill.

Start slowly then increase the pace as you get more confident. Watch the 1st 11 seconds of the video as a useful guide.
