Following on from the last dribbling exercise, we give you the chance to test yourself with a more challenging version.
Ball roll and pull-push on both feet.
- Use the sole of your right foot to roll the ball to your left foot.
- Use the sole of your left foot to pull the ball back.
- Then using the outside of your foot push it forward.
- Then perform the ball roll on your left foot and repeat going the other way.
How many can you do in 1 minute?
Keep practicing the combo as it may take a while to get used to the skill.
Start slowly then increase the pace as you get more confident. Watch the 1st 11 seconds of the video as a useful guide.
